I joined the staff at FlexTech in May of 2014 to teach Culinary Arts. I have over 30 years of service working in the Food & Beverage industry in a plethora of positions ranging from hourly to senior management. I come with a diversity of knowledge and experience, having worked in a variety of hotels, restaurants, hospital and university contract feeding as well as in catering and banquet sales and service.
My passion is to ignite and fuel a student’s interest in the creative art and science of cooking that will equip them with culinary and leadership skills that they will use personally or to pursue professionally.I am married and have 2 adult children and 2 dogs. I enjoy cooking, reading, exercising, the outdoors and training for triathlons.BACK TO TEAM
